What type of document should you upload?

  • - Credit or debit card: Attach a billing statement.
  • - Virtual card: Attach an image or a screenshot of the card from the supporting application with a copy of any government-issued ID, such as driver's license or passport.
  • - Gift card: Attach the purchase receipt, email, or SMS from the sender.
  • - E-check or direct debit (DD): Provide the billing information including name, address, and the 9-digit routing number.

  • - Any other payment method: Attach a copy of a government-issued ID, such as driver's license or passport, or a recent utility bill.

    • When uploading a document to verify the ownership of a payment method, be sure that the name, address, payment type, and relevant transaction information are clearly visible. For your security, only display the last 4 digits of the payment method number.
